Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available on this site:
- Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard / JCB / AMEX)
- Apple Pay (available only when using the Safari browser)
- Google Pay (available only when using the Chrome browser or an Android device)

- Shop Pay
Credit Card Payments
- Payment is available in one lump sum only.
- Charges will be debited from your designated account in accordance with the terms and conditions of your card issuer.
- After your order is completed, we will process the payment request to the respective card company. The actual billing date and withdrawal date will vary depending on the card issuer. For details, please contact your card issuer directly.
* Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay will appear on the checkout screen only if your environment and conditions meet the requirements for use.
Orders and Delivery
Standard Shipping Schedule
Orders are usually shipped within 30 days after confirmation.
Peak Season (October–December)
During the year-end peak season, shipping may take longer than usual due to high order volume. Please check the latest shipping status on each product page.
Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are included in the product price. No additional shipping charges will be applied.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the delivered product is different from your order or is defective.
- Please contact us within 7 days of product arrival, providing your order number, details of the defect, and photos of the packaging and product.
- For international shipments, damage occurring during transport is not covered by our guarantee.
- Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges for customer convenience (e.g., differences in taste or image) cannot be accepted.
* Returns without prior notification will not be accepted. Please be sure to contact us before returning any products.
Receipts
- Receipts can be issued upon request for orders placed within Japan only.
- For payments made by cash on delivery (COD), receipts cannot be issued by us. The delivery company’s receipt or statement will serve as the official receipt.
International Shipping
For deliveries outside Japan, please review and acknowledge the following conditions:
Shipping Method
- Orders will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS), Japan Post’s international express service.
Delivery Address
- We do not offer direct delivery to China or the United States. If you are considering importing to these countries, please contact us in advance.
- For other available destinations, please refer to the Japan Post website.
- Deliveries are generally limited to personal customers.
- For shipments addressed to companies, customs clearance and related procedures will follow the regulations of the destination country. In such cases, the customer may be required to complete the necessary procedures directly.
Delivery Time
- Depending on the destination country/region and customs procedures, delivery may take approximately 3–4 weeks after shipment.
- If additional inspections or checks are required at customs, further delays may occur.
Additional Costs
- Even for shipments addressed to individual customers, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be charged. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds
- Damage occurring during transport is not covered by our guarantee.
- We cannot accept returns or refunds in cases related to customs or regulatory issues, or any problems arising therefrom.
